About Cheyanne

Cheyanne has a passion for guiding others to uncover their unique purpose in life so they can be unleashed to make their impact on the world around them. Following her own experience with the Paterson LifePlan® Process, she pursued certification and launched her own practice, honored to walk alongside others on a similar journey.

When she’s not meeting with clients, Cheyanne partners with her husband Grant in leading the Next Gen initiatives at THINQ in Nashville where they convene high-capacity next generation leaders and create space for connection, collaboration, and spiritual and emotional health. She is also the Director of Culture at Way Church where her “shepherd’s heart” for people and love for creating spaces for meaningful connection come alive.

Birthed out of her own personal journey, she is deeply passionate about the health, wholeness, and integrity of Christian leaders, where transformational healing and deep intimacy with Jesus internally overflow externally into all aspects of life and leadership.

my own journey with LifePlan

Impact Optimizer, Compassionate Advocate, Discerning Guide

Even though I was experiencing incredible career opportunities and felt grateful for the work I got to do, I walked for years around with a growing, pervasive sense of unfulfillment. My talents and experiences were growing and being sharpened, but my heart kept tugging at me, aching to be tapped into in the same way.

Although I’d grown up in a loving, Christ-centered home and have always been an introspective, driven, Type-A personality, I couldn’t help but feel like I was missing a confident answer to an important question I couldn’t shake: “What is it I’m supposed to do? What is the unique calling that God has for my life?” At that point, I knew enough about myself to have a few similar-but-different ideas for the work I was interested in, but each required such a different path forward that I felt like I was stuck at a crossroads—trying to discern what to say “yes” and “no” to.

After having seen its impact in my husband’s journey, I finally decided to engage with the LifePlan® Process for myself, hopeful and nervously eager to gain clarity and insight. At the end of my 2-day experience, the answer we uncovered to my burning question was shockingly clear: “I exist to guide leaders in their purpose so they impact the world and finish well by listening with integrity and creating space for restoration.” That discovery launched me into becoming a certified LifePlan Guide where I now have the honor of journeying with others who find themselves asking similar questions.

Now it’s your turn.
